I’ve seen these types of click and drag generators often as writing resources, or as silly games to predict the “future” and thought it might be interesting to tailor it and incorporate it directly into the sims so I’ve thrown a quick one together. Everything is still quite open-ended so it’s all up for personal interpretation, it’s just a push to get you started. Sometimes I feel myself getting stuck in a CAS rut and a lot of my sims end up looking very similar.

There are 20 swatches in all, three solid textures and seventeen with vintage designs on both sides. I used textures from the bucket and the flour tin for decorations.
This is not a new mesh, it’s a recolor of the base game trash can “Baby’s First Trashcan.” I don’t really have enough experience with objects to make a functional object anyway. I wasn’t planning on making another release this weekend, and I don’t normally make objects, but my sister has been asking me to make a painted vintage wastebasket like our grandmother used to have ever since she saw an ask for midcentury trashcans on Now that the country kitchen kit is out I didn’t really have much to keep me from saying no, since EA gave us a decorative bucket shaped like a trash can but no trash can.
